 LI: To explain in fewer words what the text is about.

This DLO above was worked collabortivtly with me and my partner, we both read an article that understands about someones passion & they talent. This DLO we used to find 20 important words and mad it to 6 words, after that we created we a paragrah explainging the topic that we're writing about. We both used our searching skills to find words that helps explain the topic and makes it more intersting and deatiled.

Art

 LI: To use Google Draw to recreate a famous artwork

This week we have been learning about famous artworks and colour mixing. The artwork I chose was the girl with the peal earrings by Johannes Vermeer. This artwork was painted in 1665. Today it can be found in in the nether land in a museum called Mauritshuis.

Maths

LI: To define the terms and understand the properties of 2D shapes.

Our challenge today was to find the definitions of a 2D shape then draw the shape. I use the shapes tool because I found it easier.

This morning Miss Sheena joined our online Meet and taught us how to write a Hello/Goodbye poem. This poem shows the contrast between things lockdown made us leave behind and the things lockdown gives us the opportunity to do.

Today we wrote list poems about a topic we connected with. Our challenge was to use descriptive language features to paint a clear picture with our words

Equivalent Fractions

This DLO showing was created to understand How to equivalent Fractions, We first understood how to use Equivalent Fractions also to expan, by expaning our equivalent maths we needed to use our timetables, and understand how we times it, for the question we were working on we understood how to times it by twos. I really enjoyed doing this task as I learnt my times tables

LI: to reorganise your informatio

 

To learn about the Ancient Greek Olmpics we were set to make a presentation using the information we learnt from taking notes and researching. We reorganised our notes and formed it into a presentation to present infront of our classroom. In our presentation we showcased "What are the Ancient Olympics?", and "What were the sports or competitions that were played in the Ancient Olympics?". We then showcased what were the events that took place in each day.
