Kapa Haka Trip

LI:  To learn the teachings of our tupuna (ancestors) and the history of New Zealand's native people and their land.

Yesterday the LS2 boys went on a trip to the Auckland museum to learn about Maori weapons, carvings, and Maori ancestors. We went inside and watched a video to learn and talk about the challenge. Inside the museum I learned a lot of cool things and I was really interested in learning about Maori. I really liked playing with sticks also learning the Kai Haka and played a lot of cool games with our teachers.
