Touch rugby

For kiwi sports we practice skills for touch rugby.

A two man settle is when the person with the ball plants it. Then the person behind him picks it up and passes the ball back.

A three man settle is when the person with the ball plants it. The dummy-half comes and picks up the ball and then passes the ball to the third person.

A three man settle is when one person plants the ball. Then second person grabs the ball and then passes it to the third person.

Learning these skills helped to get down the field faster.
