kiwi Jingle bells
Today I did an activity called Kiwi jingle bells. I first listened to a kiwi Christmas story so I know what to do. Then I wrote my own kiwi Christmas song it had to have places in NZ.
I really enjoyed this activity it was fun making the song.
My name is Shannon and I’m from the Summer Learning Journey.
What an amazing Christmas song! I’m so impressed by how you’ve kept the original flow and found so many amazing rhyming words to carry out the tune. I couldn’t help but sing along as I read it! Ka pai! I also really like how you have included a picture of the reindeer pulling the sleigh to further engage your readers.
What inspired your lyrics? Did you do it all yourself?
Have you considered posting a video of you singing your version to your blog? It could get you extra points!
